Wufoo Talks    [ the web/ ]

Having just tried out Wufoo for the first time the other day, I was quite interested to see the article "Send Us Your Questions about Y Combinator" on their startup experiences by Kevin Hale, one of the founders.

I must say that Wufoo looks like one of the best products I've seen in a long time.  Its dead simple to use: I put together a questionaire form for a workshop I am planning inside about 5 minutes.  The interface is slick and intuitive.  Even my Mother could use it.

I was looking in the context of helping out a friend who, unaware of Wufoo, was about to pay a bundle to have someone add a webform added to her website, asking guest to rate her self-catering cottages.  Wufoo suits her needs to a T.

I do think that their pricing is a little steep, but perhaps I'm overly stingy.  Notwithstanding that, I think these buggers are going to make money.  Lots and lots of money.  Good for them!  And kudos to YCombinator – I'm sure this will be one of their more successful investments.
